About Almetra
Almetra, formerly Deltia, develops factory-intelligence software for measuring and improving production workflows. Its Capture system combines privacy-preserving video, machine signals and operator feedback to create a model of activity on the factory floor. Applications include workstation cycles, robot and machine stoppages, movement patterns and production losses.
Analysis tools and AI agents turn those measurements into shift briefings, bottleneck detection and root-cause investigations. The software connects with existing production systems, allowing manufacturers to analyse mixed manual and automated lines. Raw video is processed and discarded, while the resulting process information supports operational decisions. Founded in Berlin in 2022, the company adopted the Almetra brand in 2026 while retaining the legal entity Deltia GmbH. Its role is industrial perception and process intelligence around physical production, rather than manufacturing robot hardware.
