About Canopii
Canopii develops compact autonomous greenhouses for growing produce close to the point of sale. Its modular controlled-environment farms combine robotics, climate control and crop-management systems to reduce dependence on outdoor weather, available land and repetitive agricultural labour.
The company designs each greenhouse around the minimum scale at which seed-to-harvest automation is economically useful. Growing conditions, irrigation and production work are managed within the enclosed system, allowing sites to serve nearby demand and shorten distribution. Canopii targets organic specialty crops and provides the integrated farm infrastructure rather than selling a standalone harvesting robot.
