About CyBe Construction
CyBe Construction supplies robotic concrete-printing systems for precast factories, building sites and research facilities. CyBe R fixes an ABB arm to a floor-mounted base, RC places the arm on a tracked crawler, RT extends its reach along a rail and GR combines a robotic arm with a large gantry for factory production of room-sized modules.
Each installation integrates a printhead, control unit, slicing and control software, concrete mix-pump and fast-setting CyBe mortar. Digital building geometry becomes a toolpath, the pump feeds material through a hose and the robot deposits successive layers at the programmed location. CyBe supports customers with design, materials, commissioning and operator training, covering prototyping and components through on-site walls and prefabricated finished housing modules.

Events
- 2023-07-01 - Partnership - CyBe and Kind Designs begin 3D-printed living seawall project
Kind Designs used additive manufacturing to produce seawalls that mimic reefs and mangrove roots. CyBe supplied design support, printing materials and production tooling for the project. Embedded sensors were designed to collect 15 water-quality parameters while each wall required about one hour of printing.

The University of Johannesburg partnered with CyBe on the 45-square-metre UJ House. A CyBe RC mobile printer completed the printing stage in eight hours. The project established a reference deployment for additive construction in South Africa.

The 104-square-metre Robust Villa was printed in seven days with a CyBe RC mobile printer. Betonindustrie Brievengat partnered with CyBe on the Curacao construction project. The build was the first use of CyBe Lyve housing design and the first 3D-printed building in the Caribbean.
