About DeltaQuad
DeltaQuad Evo transitions from vertical lift to fixed-wing cruise, allowing teams to launch from confined sites and cover long routes without runway equipment. The electric aircraft has two payload positions for electro-optical surveillance, mapping, multispectral imaging, lidar or cargo modules. DeltaQuad specifies up to 270 kilometres of range, roughly four and a half hours of endurance and three kilograms of payload under defined conditions.
Enterprise, Government, Tactical and Stealth packages configure the shared airframe for infrastructure surveys, public safety, intelligence and logistics. Auterion-based mission control handles automated routes, while field kits include the controller, batteries, payload modules and transport equipment required for deployment. The Dutch manufacturer builds the system in Europe and continues to develop longer-endurance configurations, including a lithium-metal battery flight test that exceeded the standard production endurance.

- 2026-09-22 - Product Launch - DeltaQuad launches Evo-LE long-endurance VTOL drone
The aircraft is rated for up to eight hours of flight with a 1.5 kg payload and 120 km maximum radio range. A dual-battery architecture and upgraded VTOL drivetrain prioritize endurance. Available configurations include the NextVision Raptor EO/IR payload and optional anti-jamming and visual navigation.

The launch included manufacturers from ten European countries and Ukraine. Named participants included Acecore Technologies, Airvolute, Avy, Beyond Vision, DeltaQuad, Height Technologies, Highcat and TAF Industries. BASE exposes interoperability information before platform procurement and integration.

The letter of intent was signed on 6 October 2025. It calls for DeltaQuad to scale Evo VTOL UAV production. The plan includes using VDL Groep’s Born facility to add manufacturing capacity.

The all-electric DeltaQuad Evo completed the test with battery reserve remaining. The aircraft flew for 8 hours and 1 minute over 500 kilometres in rain and 22-knot crosswinds. Further tests are planned across payload classes, weather extremes and communications systems.
