Evolito develops electric propulsion and generation systems for certifiable aircraft. Its product architecture combines axial-flux electric motors, motor controls and integrated electric engines for vertical-take-off aircraft, conventional fixed-wing platforms, rotorcraft, uncrewed aircraft and airships.
D500 motors provide the compact high-torque core, while E-series engines package motors and controls into installation-ready propulsion units. The company engineers for aviation safety, redundancy, thermal management and volume manufacture, supporting customers from aircraft integration through certification. Its technology originated from YASA's automotive axial-flux motor work and is being adapted to hover, cruise and electric-generation duty cycles.

- 2026-02-05 - Partnership - Vertical Aerospace selects Evolito electric engines for Valo eVTOL
Evolito and Vertical plan to certify the propulsion units with the UK Civil Aviation Authority and EASA. The selection adds Evolito to a Valo supplier group that includes Honeywell, Syensqo and Aciturri. Evolito’s axial-flux motor architecture was developed for high power density and aerospace certification.
