About Gates
Gates manufactures power-transmission and fluid-power products for industrial equipment and transportation. Founded in Denver in 1911, the group supplies belts, pulleys, couplings, hoses and related hardware to equipment builders and replacement channels. Its robotics-relevant applications include the conveyor systems that move packages through automated warehouses and distribution centres.
The IntraLogix range supplies belts for live-roller conveyance, where a belt drives the rollers beneath packages and cartons. Its LRB-100 uses homogeneous polyurethane construction and an integrated guide to address separation and wear associated with multi-layer belts. The product is designed for Vanderlande .M ARP conveyor systems and launched in the United States in October 2026, with international availability planned later. Gates also supplies other conveyance and synchronous-belt products across a broader industrial business.
