About Hipp Technology Group
HIPP Technology Group is a precision-manufacturing group comprising HIPP Praezisionstechnik, HIPP medical, Wymed and MK Medical. It provides consulting, turning, CAD/CAM milling, assembly and series production for mechanical engineering, aerospace, automotive, sensor and medical customers, including custom components used in robots and automation systems.
Its medical portfolio extends from bone drills, taps and cutters to instruments, bone plates, joints, spinal systems, dental products and orthopaedic fixation implants. HIPP medical supports development through series manufacture, Wymed handles high-precision machining, and MK Medical specialises in Kirschner wires, Steinmann nails and fixation pins. The group employs more than 200 people and works under ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and EN 9100 quality systems rather than manufacturing a finished medical robot.
