Jacobi Robotics replaces manually taught industrial-arm waypoints with real-time motion planning. Its library computes time-optimised, collision-free, singularity-free and jerk-limited trajectories in milliseconds, then executes them through supported ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots and Yaskawa controllers. Studio creates the cell's digital twin, tests reachability and cycle time, and lets integrators reconfigure geometry before commissioning hardware.

Packaged applications cover palletising and random depalletising, while CAD-derived paths support welding, dispensing and gluing. Vision feedback and reinforcement learning extend the system to mixed cases and changing scenes. Applications run on an industrial PC and connect to sensors, PLCs, HMIs and external axes, with cloud or on-premises APIs in Python and C++. Remote monitoring reproduces robot state and motion for troubleshooting, reducing site visits when patterns, stock-keeping units or cell layouts change.
