About Mesoware
Mesoware is developing a unified system for designing, building and operating production automation. Its software translates product specifications into assembly steps, checks, tooling and factory instructions, then tests the proposed line in simulation before hardware is committed.
Physical cells are composed from modular robots, cameras, sensors, feeders, fixtures, tooling and safety equipment selected around the product and process. Mesoware captures an existing floor or models a new one, identifies bottlenecks, builds and installs the line, and feeds operating data back into the same digital model. This delivery approach covers a single station or a larger line and is aimed at manufacturers scaling new hardware without commissioning a wholly bespoke integration stack each time.
