About
About Mission Systems
Mission Systems develops the algorithms and embedded hardware required to perceive an environment, interpret sensor returns and control an autonomous vehicle without continuous offboard processing. Its capabilities span radar design and processing, machine learning, mission autonomy, modelling and simulation, and electronics engineered around the size, weight, power and latency limits of the host platform.
The company moves systems from simulated environments into flight and maritime testing, integrating software with customer vehicles, sensors and mission equipment. Current work includes the Boobook miniature airborne radar, Astiia small uncrewed aircraft and autonomy for underwater systems, supported by acquired Bluefin 21 vehicles used for development and field evaluation.
