About Motorevo
Motorevo integrates the motor, reducer, encoder, force sensing, brake and drive electronics of a robot joint into compact actuator modules. The range spans approximately 5 to 800 Nm, allowing manufacturers to select different sizes for fingers, arms, legs and torso assemblies while retaining a common control and mechanical architecture. Integrated construction reduces external wiring, separate housings and alignment work during robot assembly.
The company supplies modules to humanoid, quadruped, exoskeleton and collaborative-robot manufacturers for integration into complete robots. Customers specify torque, speed, package size, communication and sensing requirements, then integrate the selected joint into their own structure and control stack. Motorevo reports torque density of up to 200 Nm per kilogram and millisecond-level force control for selected products. Its 2026 automated production expansion supports higher-volume delivery as customers move beyond prototype builds.
