In an industrial bakery, a blaze-101 time-of-flight camera records each package as a point cloud containing more than 300,000 XYZ coordinates. Software converts that data into a depth map so a Stäubli TS2-60 SCARA can locate transparent bread bags of different shapes and place them into transport boxes.
OEM Finland worked with KINE Robotics on the conveyor-tracking system. The deployed line processes 25 to 30 packs per minute, demonstrating the distributor's application-engineering role around a difficult reflective-product vision task.

- 2024-03-11 - Partnership - OEM Finland signs KUKA Nordic cobot distribution agreement
OEM’s sales and marketing channels will distribute KUKA cobots in Finland, Sweden and the Baltic countries. KUKA’s LBR iisy collaborative robot joined OEM Finland’s automation offering. KUKA Nordic described OEM as an extended market arm and the agreement as a long-term relationship.
