ReshapeX builds an AI knowledge system for industrial products and engineering documentation. It ingests catalogues, manuals and other company material, then grounds answers and workflows in that controlled product knowledge.
The platform supports technical sales, service and product teams by connecting product data, a knowledge graph and retrieval agents to the information behind a customer question. Continuous synchronisation keeps changes in the product catalogue available to the people handling product support and engineering work.

Ironspring Ventures announced on September 19, 2024 that it led Reshape Automation $5 million seed round. Haystack, Supply Chain Ventures, Remus Capital, Expansion VC and angel investor Amar Hanspal participated, with continued support from Schematic Ventures and Bee Partners. The capital supported an end-to-end hub for diagnosing, designing, procuring, managing and monitoring industrial-automation projects before the company later adopted the ReshapeX name.
