SYNA.OS Fleet manages AMRs and AGVs from different manufacturers through one control layer, using interfaces including VDA 5050 to assign missions, coordinate traffic and manage charging. Forklift-guidance and real-time-location functions extend the platform to manually operated vehicles and inventory movement.
The warehouse-execution layer links these movements with orders, storage positions and production requirements. A digital twin allows layouts and fleet behaviour to be tested before deployment, while operational analytics identify congestion and underused equipment. Installations include mixed fleets at automotive and industrial sites.
