About Telexistence Inc.
Telexistence develops and operates AI-driven robots for retail work. Its TX SCARA and TX Ghost systems automate beverage restocking from chilled store backrooms, using machine vision and motion planning to identify shelf demand, grip products and place them into display lanes.
The operating stack combines proprietary robot hardware, AI control, workflow analytics and remote intervention for exceptions. TX SCARA entered a programme covering 300 FamilyMart stores in Japan, while TX Ghost has been piloted in 7-Eleven stores in Tokyo. Teleoperation data also feeds development of models intended to handle more recovery cases autonomously.
