Dilly robots collect prepared food or retail orders and navigate between merchants, fulfilment locations and customer handoff points. The vehicles use autonomous route planning and obstacle recognition, while the Baemin platform supplies order information, destination details and customer notifications around the physical journey.
Woowa Brothers has tested the robots across campuses, apartment developments, outdoor streets and B Mart operations. South Korean outdoor-mobile-robot safety certification enabled deployment beyond controlled private sites, and the company continues to integrate Dilly into Baemin’s wider delivery network rather than operating it as a standalone robot product sold independently of the marketplace.

The new vehicle uses a recyclable EPP body, is about 8% lighter and adds upgraded compute, cameras, sensors and a rear-facing camera. Baemin has piloted robot delivery around its Gangnam Nonhyeon B Mart site since February 2025 and reports more than 99% of distance travelled without human intervention. Woowa plans to improve autonomy and fleet control and expand Dilly service to additional sites during the second half of 2026.
