Airbound develops autonomous delivery aircraft and logistics operations for healthcare, e-commerce and public-service distribution in India. Its TRT blended-wing-body tailsitter takes off vertically, transitions to efficient wing-borne flight and returns to a compact landing area, carrying roughly one kilogram over about 40 kilometres.
The company combines aircraft, fleet software, ground handling and route operations to move small urgent payloads between distribution points. Medical and public-service networks can use the system where road trips are slow or unreliable. Andhra Pradesh signed an agreement with Airbound to develop a large-scale delivery network around Amaravati, moving the platform toward regional commercial deployment.
