About Xinzhi Group
Xinzhi manufactures stamped and assembled stator and rotor cores for electric motors used across automotive, appliance, drone and industrial applications. Its production base covers precision laminations, winding and motor subassemblies, giving customers a scalable route from core geometry to repeatable high-volume components.
The company was founded in Taizhou in 1990 and trades on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under code 002664. A February 2025 investor disclosure states that Xinzhi mass-produces motor stator and rotor parts for DJI industrial heavy-lift drones. Its 2025 annual report also describes humanoid-robot products in small-scale delivery testing, but does not name those customers; that work remains a developing lane rather than evidence of broad commercial robot production.

Honghui contributes frameless torque motors for joints and low-cogging micro-motors for dexterous hands. The partners plan to combine their technologies to support higher-volume humanoid production.
