Yinlun combines individual heat exchangers into cooling assemblies configured around a customer's vehicle layout. Fans, radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers and condensers share mounting structures and fluid connections, allowing the assembly to handle several thermal circuits within the available space. Its oil-cooler designs also integrate bypass passages and temperature-control valves to regulate lubricant flow.

For electrified vehicles, battery cooler assemblies address both normal operation and fast charging, and can recover waste heat for a heat-pump system. Cooling plates transfer heat from batteries and power electronics, while related heaters and chillers complete the temperature-control system. The company supplies these components and assemblies to vehicle manufacturers, with interfaces and packaging adapted to each programme.
