  At Zeroth Robotics’ 9 July Action 2026 developer event, the Dexmal Apex general-purpose robot was shown with two Hesai JT-series 3D lidars for 360-degree environmental sensing. The JT series provides 360-degree perception, 1 cm accuracy and multi-line 3D sensing for hazards such as ground changes, curbs, narrow boundaries and nearby people. Apex uses the paired lidars with microsecond-level sensor-and-actuator synchronization and a shadow mode that collects real-scene data for embodied-model training and iteration.
