IRB 5710

IRB 5710 is a six-axis industrial robot family with four matched payload-and-reach configurations. The standard variants pair 110 kg with 2.3 m or 90 kg with 2.7 m; LeanID variants pair 90 kg with 2.3 m or 70 kg with 2.7 m. These choices let integrators select both the working envelope and the cable-management arrangement for the cell.

LeanID routes cabling within the robot body, reducing cable swing and making its movement more predictable during RobotStudio simulation. The family uses the OmniCore V250XT controller, and floor, angled or inverted mounting supports different production layouts. Its compact turning radius also helps place robots closer together in battery, vehicle and general manufacturing cells.
