About Intilume System
Intilume System is Agilis Robotics' dual-arm endoluminal surgical platform for operating through natural orifices without an external incision. Fully flexible instruments provide triangulated manipulation inside confined hollow anatomy and are designed to fit existing endoscopic clinical workflows, including en bloc resection of bladder tumours.
The system has progressed beyond benchtop concept work into cadaver-tissue demonstration and clinical investigation with the Chinese University of Hong Kong urology team. At the 2026 Hamlyn workshop, clinicians performed a live robot-assisted en bloc trial from Imperial College London while a second venue observed and interacted in real time. Intilume remains investigational and is not cleared or approved for sale.
