HFT Series Wider Air Gripper
About
About HFT Series Wider Air Gripper
HFT Series is a family of double-acting pneumatic grippers for larger industrial workpieces. Twin pistons increase clamping force, while a rack-and-pinion mechanism synchronises the opening and closing jaws. Five bore sizes—10, 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm—cover a stated gripping-force range from 14 to 228 N under the specified test conditions.
The grippers operate on filtered air at 0.25–0.7 MPa and across −20°C to 70°C. Repeatability is ±0.1 mm, a magnet is included for position sensing, and the bumper-cushioned mechanism is rated for up to 40 cycles per minute on sizes 10–25 or 20 cycles per minute on HFT32. Integrators add application-specific fingers and mount the selected model to a machine or robot arm for pick-and-place, assembly or transfer work.
