RoverClean 3.0

RoverClean 3.0 is AliciaBots' hull-grooming crawler for cleaning and inspecting ship surfaces between dry-dock visits. It targets slime and early biofilm before heavier fouling develops, while recording tagged imagery across the bow, stern and flat bottom. The workflow also covers keel-block contact areas and openings such as sea chests and overboard grates, where operators need to identify coating damage, fouling or obstruction.

AliciaBots positions the robot for repeated cleaning without interrupting a vessel's schedule. The system supports autonomous operation, remote monitoring and real-time hull-condition information, adapting its work to currents and fouling conditions. RoverClean 3.0 is one member of the current product line: CargoClean 1.0 addresses cargo holds, while HydraInspect 1.0 is aimed at tank inspection and ultrasonic gauging. Those adjacent systems remain separate product configurations.
