Prefab Sprinkler Pipe System

AWL Prefab Sprinkler Pipe System integrates the major stages of sprinkler-pipe production into one automated workflow. The full configuration feeds and measures pipe, cuts and grooves it, removes burrs and robotically welds outlets, while a standard configuration can omit the cutting, grooving and deburring stages.

The system handles pipe diameters from one to eight inches, corresponding to DN25 through DN200. It supports outlet welding in multiple orientations, including size-on-size joints, and compensates for pipe bending to maintain weld positioning across variable workpieces.
