About

About Random Mixed Depalletizing System

AWL Random Mixed Depalletizing combines robot motion, end-of-arm tooling, industrial AI and machine vision to identify and unload products that vary in size, shape, material, orientation and stacking pattern. After each pick, the system reassesses the exposed pallet and selects the next available item.

AWL specifies stable flow up to 850 picks per hour and support for cartons, sealed items and obstruction removal. The cell can feed downstream conveyors, buffers, sortation systems or autonomous mobile robots as part of an inbound warehouse workflow.
