Tote Handling System

AWL Tote Handling automates defined tote movements within warehouses and distribution centres. Depending on the application, the robotic system can palletize or depalletize totes, place or retrieve them from racks, and transfer them between process positions while maintaining continuous material flow.

The modular design combines robotics, end-of-arm tooling and automation software. AWL emphasizes integration with existing warehouse-management, warehouse-control and machine-control systems so layouts can scale with volume, routing requirements and peak throughput demands.
