Gemini UP

Gemini UP is available as a self-contained single box or a double box with two side-by-side stalls served by one robot arm. A time-of-flight camera identifies individual teat positions and guides the rear-mounted arm during cup attachment.

The arm retrieves two cups at once and performs udder preparation, attachment, milking and cleaning. OneView provides live cow, milk-quality and robot-performance data through touchscreen, desktop and mobile interfaces. Single-box traffic functions manage cow entry, and double-box layouts milk two cows concurrently.
