About M2erlin Milking Robot

M²erlin is Fullwood’s single-box robotic milking system, built around an open stall, natural cow entry and exit, and a fully electric attachment arm. Standard equipment includes stainless-steel construction, an ICAR-approved milk meter, quarter-level mastitis detection, a 3D positioning camera, cow-identification support and Fullsense herd-management software.

Published operating figures include energy use of 0.015–0.020 kWh per kilogram of milk, a system weight of 1,200 kilograms and separate hot- and cold-water requirements for cleaning. Farms can configure entrance and exit gates, liners, feed motors, milk separation and sensing options such as FullLab or FullCount. These choices make the installation a configurable dairy system whose monitoring and animal-flow design matter alongside the robotic arm itself.
