CableGuard
About
About CableGuard
CableGuard is a tethered FlyFocus UAV system for persistent observation of strategic and industrial areas. A ground power station, antenna tracker and ground-control system supply the aircraft through a lightweight high-voltage tether, enabling continuous operation at altitudes up to 100 metres.
The tether can be detached when a mission requires movement, and the onboard battery provides up to 30 minutes of free flight. CableGuard is rated for up to 30 days of tethered endurance, a 5 kg payload, 15 km FCC operational range and IP55 protection, with configurable electro-optical, infrared and customer payloads.
