CARY flex

CARY flex is MetraLabs' configurable autonomous mobile robot for transporting small load carriers through production halls and warehouses. It carries up to 100 kilograms between storage, buffer and delivery stations, using onboard sensing and navigation to travel without fixed track guidance. Active or passive load-handling arrangements can be adapted to the way containers are received and transferred at each station.

The robot can operate individually or in a fleet. MetraLabs' fleet manager distributes transport jobs, while VDA 5050 compatibility supports connection to a shared fleet-control system. Interfaces to warehouse-management and enterprise-resource-planning systems connect robot dispatch with the facility's material requests. The load carrier and control software can be customized, and autonomous charging supports repeated transport cycles.
