CARY light

CARY light is MetraLabs' autonomous mobile robot for delivering small parts and small load carriers within factories. It transports loads of up to 25 kilograms to assembly stations, quality-control areas and other production workstations. Employees request material through a smartphone, tablet or computer; warehouse staff prepare and load the requested parts before dispatching the robot to the destination.

Onboard sensing and navigation handle movement and obstacle avoidance without fixed track guidance. CARY light can work as an individual vehicle or within a fleet, with transport jobs distributed through MetraLabs' fleet manager. VDA 5050 compatibility and connections to warehouse-management and enterprise-resource-planning systems support integration with site dispatch. The carrier and software can be configured for the application, and charging is autonomous.
