About Chemspeed Flex Autoplant

Chemspeed Flex Autoplant is a process-development workstation that runs up to six parallel syntheses with individually controlled reactors. Each reactor can have its own temperature, stirring and continuous feeds, allowing researchers to compare conditions within one experiment. Reactor and feed-vessel arrangements support integrated sequences spanning preparation, reaction, work-up and analysis.

AUTOSUITE provides drag-and-drop experiment design and interfaces to laboratory information systems, electronic notebooks and external analysis software. Optional online analytical equipment includes benchtop NMR and X-ray diffraction, connecting reaction execution with measurements of the resulting material. The system is intended to reproduce and optimise processes that may later move to industrial production, including pharmaceutical, polymer and materials-development workflows.
