HKM1800 is Cognibotics’ hybrid-kinematics material-handling robot for high-speed pick-and-place cells. Its 1.8-metre reach covers six Euro pallets or about 10 square metres, with close to one metre of vertical stroke and unlimited tool rotation. The robot is rated for more than 2,000 picks per hour and a 1.6-second motion cycle over a 2,000-millimetre path.
The mechanism weighs less than 125 kilograms and carries 2 kilograms nominally or up to 7.5 kilograms at reduced performance. Active motion stabilization is designed to suppress vibration while retaining a large work envelope. Flexible mounting, automatic tool changing and open programming interfaces support integration into warehouse cells. Cognibotics’ Juliet & Romeo software coordinates robot motion, vision and tooling for complete item-handling workflows.

- Cognibotics selected for €6.5M EIC Accelerator blended finance
2026-06-18 - Funding - The EIC Accelerator package comprises a EUR 2.5 million grant and EUR 4 million in equity financing from the EIC Fund. Only the equity component is represented on the investor surface; the grant is retained in the funding package but is not treated as an investor participation. Funding supports development and industrialisation of Cognibotics' HKM1800 robot platform for logistics and manufacturing.
