MalerRoboter 2.0

MalerRoboter 2.0 is ConBotics' wheeled construction robot for applying paint to large interior wall areas. Its vertical mast reaches a 3.2-metre spray height and accepts standard airless equipment and paint containers up to 35 litres. The platform maintains the spray angle and stand-off distance as it coats a wall, supporting repeatable coverage on projects where contractors would otherwise use a manually operated airless sprayer.

An operator controls setup and work through the ConBotics app and controller. The modular machine can be separated into four sections for movement between floors. One person can supervise as many as three units where replenishment and site conditions allow, while removable battery packs support continued work across longer shifts. Constant spray angle and stand-off distance help contractors maintain an even coating as the robot moves through the programmed wall area.
