Corvus One

About

About Corvus One

Corvus One is an indoor inventory drone that flies warehouse aisles without a pilot, GPS or navigation markers. Fourteen cameras provide omnidirectional collision avoidance while the system scans barcodes, detects empty locations and counts visible pallets or cases. Missions can run during staffed shifts or overnight with the building lights off, and captured images, video and scans form a historical audit trail.

The drone feeds its observations into Corvus AIMS, which compares physical locations with warehouse-management-system records and produces discrepancy and labelling reports. Corvus supports API, file-based and standalone deployments, with on-premises data storage available. The system targets enterprise facilities of roughly 100,000 square feet and above; customer deployments include multi-drone operations at GNC, MSI Surfaces, LAPP USA and third-party logistics sites.

Deployments

  • Customer Site

31,000 locations per month - GNC - distribution centre inventory operations - Three Corvus One drones at GNC’s Whitestown distribution centre verify and count 31,000 inventory locations each month.

Timeline

  • Corvus Robotics launches cold-chain inventory drone system

2026-02-09 - Product Launch - The system operates from minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit through ambient warehouse temperatures. Autonomous cycle counts keep inventory records current while reducing worker and equipment exposure in freezer aisles. The cold-chain configuration is engineered for airflow, frost and condensation found in sub-zero facilities.

  • Corvus Robotics selects Honeywell SwiftDecoder for inventory drones

2025-03-12 - Partnership - Batch barcode capture would work with Corvus’s case-counting AI to count individual cartons in warehouse locations. Computer vision enables inventory scans without GPS, human operators, Wi-Fi or wireless beacons. The integration targets case- and pallet-level inventory tracking in warehouses and distribution centres.

  • Corvus Robotics reports US$18M total across Series A and seed funding

2024-10-08 - Funding - S2G Ventures and Spero Ventures led the financing disclosed with the cumulative total. The US$18 million figure covers the Series A and earlier seed funding rather than one current round. The capital supports growing customer adoption and continued development of Corvus One autonomous warehouse inventory drones.
