DT640

Deep Trekker’s DT640 is a compact submersible utility crawler for inspecting and maintaining tanks, ship hulls and other underwater structures. The 710-by-406-by-228-millimetre vehicle weighs 16.6 kilograms and is rated to 50 metres. Its stainless-steel and aluminium body carries a low-light colour camera and 900 lumens of onboard lighting.

Rubber wheels support general surfaces, while the DT640 MAG configuration uses patented magnetic wheels to remain attached to ferrous structures. The two-wheel-drive layout can turn within its own footprint for work in confined areas. Application-specific attachments cover pressure washing, vacuuming, thickness testing and removal of marine growth. Power, live video and operator commands remain connected to the surface controller, with each cleaning or inspection workflow dependent on the installed tool package.
