IGNIS III Mini

IGNIS III Mini is Drone Amplified’s aerial ignition payload for the Freefly Astro drone. It carries 225 plastic ignition spheres and dispenses them at rates up to 120 per minute, allowing fire managers to establish burn lines while crews remain away from difficult terrain. A reload takes about two to five minutes.

The dispenser weighs 1.25 kilograms empty and about 1.87 kilograms when loaded. The complete aircraft system weighs 7.46 kilograms and is rated for 22–30 minutes of flight with a full payload. Its integrated imaging package combines a 640 × 512 thermal camera with 4K/60 visible video for monitoring ignition placement and fire behaviour.
