Duatic Alpha

About

About Duatic Alpha

Duatic Alpha is Duatic's dual-arm wheeled robot for handling research, automation and industrial applications. Two DynaArm manipulators sit above a mobile base, combining coordinated arm movement with navigation between work areas. Vision supports object detection and approach, while ROS 2 integration and adaptable control interfaces let developers configure tasks around the application.

Duatic introduced Alpha at Automatica 2025 and subsequently presented it for industrial and research users. A physical demonstration shows the robot locating, approaching and grasping a 20-kilogram bag with its two arms. The modular arrangement supports different end effectors and task setups for handling objects in human-designed spaces. Alpha's demonstrated configuration forms part of Duatic's development of mobile manipulation, alongside the company's current arms, upper-body modules and integrated intralogistics systems.
