About VARIO MOVE
VARIO MOVE uses a shared automated-vehicle architecture with different load-handling modules for factory and warehouse transport. The L version carries palletised loads on a high-lift mast; CB uses cantilever forks and a counterweight; AS places external wheel arms around closed pallets or special carriers. CT models exchange loads through roller or chain conveyors, while CTO combines one or more conveyors with an omnidirectional chassis.
The lift-oriented L, CB and AS configurations reach loads up to 1,600 kilograms, with mast travel specified to five metres on the product page. Family travel speed reaches two metres per second. Vehicle geometry, navigation, battery and safety equipment are selected for the installation, and custom intermediate or load modules accommodate unusual carriers. These variants form a configurable family, so an individual deployed vehicle does not inherit every mast, conveyor or omnidirectional capability.
