Sherpa 10K

Sherpa 10K is Ati Robotics’ heavy-duty autonomous tugger for moving trolley payloads between defined points in manufacturing and warehouse workflows. It is rated to tow up to 10,000 lb (4,600 kg) and as many as three trolleys, with a fail-safe mechanical brake for controlled material movement. The 700 kg vehicle is designed for production floors, covered yards and inter-building routes.

Natural navigation avoids fixed infrastructure changes, while 3D LiDAR, a camera and real-time obstacle avoidance support travel through mixed industrial traffic. Laden speed reaches 1.2 m/s and unladen speed 1.4 m/s. A 48 V lithium iron phosphate battery provides an eight-hour runtime, with a stated one-hour charge from zero to 80%. The platform carries IPX4 ingress protection and ISO 3691-4 certification for driverless industrial trucks.
