About Ekobot WEAI

WEAI is an electric autonomous field robot for mechanical weed control in vegetable crops. Three-dimensional cameras and AI models identify crop plants and weeds and build a real-time object map as the machine moves through each row.

A mechanical tool removes weeds close to the crop without broad chemical application. Autonomous navigation guides the vehicle through field routes and headlands. Ekobot has tested and sold the system across European vegetable operations, including onion cultivation programmes.
