About ElliQ
ElliQ is Intuition Robotics' tabletop companion for older adults living independently. A moving conversational unit works with a separate touch display to initiate dialogue, offer music and games, provide news and guide wellness activities without requiring the user to learn complex commands.
Health functions include medication and hydration reminders, exercise, pain and mood tracking and goal support. Video calls, photo sharing, messages and group activities connect members with family, caregivers and the wider ElliQ community. A caregiver application exposes activity and wellness information through a Circle of Care. The commercial service combines the hardware with an ongoing membership and receives new activities through software updates.

Users interacted with ElliQ more than 30 times per day on six days each week in the programme’s 2023 engagement data. More than 75% of recorded interactions related to participants’ social, physical or mental well-being.

2023-08-29 - Funding - Woven Capital led the financing. Toyota Ventures, OurCrowd and Western Technology Investment participated. The company linked the capital to commercial growth and continued development of its AI companion for older adults.
