Spraying and Grinding Integrated Robot 433C1

433C1 is Fangshi Robotics' mobile construction robot for interior wall and ceiling finishing. Interchangeable operating mechanisms let the machine perform automatic putty spraying, grinding and latex-paint spraying. The integrated workflow is intended for repeated decoration work across walls, ceilings and beams after the work area and finish process are prepared.

Fangshi publishes spraying productivity of 200–400 m² per hour and grinding productivity of 50–150 m² per hour. Those are manufacturer performance claims and depend on surface condition, material, access and finish specification. The three processes require mechanism changes; the product should not be described as performing spraying and grinding simultaneously, and site commissioning remains necessary for boundaries, people separation and material handling.
