FoxBot Mk3

FoxBot Mk3 is Fox Robotics’ autonomous counterbalance forklift for trailer loading and unloading at warehouse docks. Mast cameras locate pallet pockets and automatically adjust fork spacing, while onboard cameras and lidar detect pallets, load patterns and obstacles. The rated payload is 3,000 pounds and covers supported 40-by-48-inch pallets, including double stacks.

Fox Robotics rates Mk3 at 25 pulls per hour, equivalent to 25 single-stacked or 50 double-stacked pallets, with 16–18 hours of battery operation. A redundant programmable-logic-controller braking system works with 360-degree lidar monitoring. The product can handle straight, turned and pinwheel pallet layouts as well as damaged or plastic-wrapped loads.
