AMR F712

ABB Flexley Stack AMR F712 is a counterbalanced autonomous forklift for pallet transport, warehouse storage and production-line supply. It uses AI-enabled Visual SLAM to navigate without fixed guide infrastructure and works with ABB's AMR Studio Suite for mapping, commissioning and fleet management. The vehicle can exchange loads at floor level or in conventional, gravity, drive-in and drive-through racks, and shares layouts with Flexley Mover and Tug mobile robots.

The F712 handles loads up to 2,000 kilograms and lifts to 8.5 metres, with stated fleet-level positioning accuracy of plus or minus 10 millimetres and 1 degree. Its modular mast and add-on architecture supports pallets, containers, racks and custom carriers; ABB cites load dimensions up to 4.0 by 2.5 by 1.8 metres. AMR Studio is claimed to reduce installation time by up to 20 percent. Site layout, rack tolerances, load geometry, traffic and safety validation determine realised handling rates.
