About Titan

Titan is ICON's mobile robotic construction system for printing concrete wall structures, including multi-storey buildings. A tracked base carries a four-boom serial arm and six-degree-of-freedom printhead, while an integrated mixer and pump continuously prepare and deliver ICON's cementitious building material.

The system reaches 70 feet, prints to 27 feet high and supports up to 12,000 square feet per storey, with setup designed to take two to three hours. Titan works on grades up to 15 percent and extrudes at up to three cubic yards per hour. ICON commercially launched the system for builders in March 2026 with factory training, ongoing service, maintenance and a three-year warranty.
