K5 Autonomous Security Robot

Knightscope K5 is an autonomous security robot built for structured outdoor patrol routes at parking lots, campuses and pedestrian walkways. It travels at pedestrian speed while collecting and analysing activity along custom paths, providing a visible mobile presence where repeatable coverage and incident detection are required.

The current K5 combines 360-degree high-definition video, thermal imaging, people and licence-plate detection, two-way audio, broadcast messaging and strobe lights. Alerts, continuous recording and incident documentation feed Knightscope’s wider security service, where human staff verify detections and coordinate any physical response. Knightscope markets the K5 as available for deployment.
