T4 Robotic System

T4 Robotic System is L3Harris’s medium-sized tracked robot with a force-sensing manipulator and haptic operator controls. The arm follows the user’s hand movements, while feedback conveys contact at the gripper. This supports inspection and handling in hazardous spaces where the operator needs fine control from a distance.

Omnidirectional stabilisers support manipulation and self-righting, and the platform is sized for a two-person carry and transport in a 4×4 vehicle. Its controller and some parts are shared with the larger T7 system. Cameras, sensor accessories and the articulated arm let teams configure the robot for different inspection and hazardous-material tasks.
