M40
About
About M40
M40 is a heavy-payload development multirotor with a maximum payload of 40 kilograms and maximum take-off weight around 75 kilograms. Its modular mechanical, electrical and communication interfaces accept industrial sensors, lifting equipment, spraying systems and experimental payloads selected for each mission.
Dual RTK positioning, open ArduPilot software and configurable I/O support autonomous routes and custom control functions. The folding platform reaches approximately 15 metres per second and can be adapted around research, training and industrial operations. ABZ supplies development documentation and integration support alongside the aircraft, placing M40 between a catalogue drone and a custom engineering platform.
